From the Order to the Delivery!

The ordering process. We like to say that we give premium customer service, which means we will talk to you on the phone, email you, or even text you about any questions you may have. Once we have discussed which product would be perfect for you we will send you an order form that you can fill out online or simply print out and complete. 

Once you have completed the order form, scan it back to us then we will review and make sure everything looks good to go into production. We want to make sure everything is perfect for your wants and needs. 

If you have any custom units or ideas you can send them over to our email and we will make a 3D drawing for you and once we get the drawing just right then we will send it back to you to sign off on the drawing which will be attached to your order form while being sent into production. 

Before we get your order into production we require a 50% down payment which will get your order into the production line. Our lead time will start the day we receive payment, the remaining 50% balance is not due until your unit has shipped from our shop.
